Rain City Estate Sales is thrilled to present our latest picker's sale in South Seattle! If you are a handyperson, collector of toy trains, or art, get ready to find your treasures! For the mechanics, contractors, and gardeners, take your pick of tools and materials. 

FYI: The house and property have suffered damage caused by wind storms.
No small children or pets on the property. Please park on the street and walk down the driveway. The on-site Picker's Sale manager will coordinate drive-in pick-ups for large items.
