Estate Sale

The address will be release the morning of the sale.
A sign-up list will be posted 2 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (no online signup). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Shopper marking of items as sold will not be permitted, however we are happy to do that for you.  Cash, Venmo and cards are accepted (cash recommended; we must apply a 3.5% surcharge for credit and debit cards). We are required to collect WA sales tax unless a valid reseller permit is provided - resellers, please remember to bring yours. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.  Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move items and assume liability for damage in moving. Unfortunately we are not able to move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making prior arrangements with us, will be deemed forfeit and no refunds will be made. Unfortunately we will not be unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, or email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.
