Estate sale of Mary Ann Duffey, storage units!

This sale has some amazing high-end items, with that comes heavy items. Please bring your own help. We will not be able to load these pieces. We have smaller lots because the storage facility has shorter time periods that we can do pick up. We have to let each person into the gate, so if you are late you will not be picking up. We absolutely cannot hold any items "until the next sale" because they are blocking us from getting the next sale listed. Please do not bid if you cannot be there on the pick-up day. These pieces are worth getting so don't leave items behind as they will be immediately re listed, (no refund to you). SO DONT LEAVE YOUR THINGS BEHIND!
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We do not guarantee anything, we just report what we see. It is up to you to take the chance. We do our best to show any flaws that we can see, and we never purposely try to hide anything in our photos. Buy at your own risk!

All items not picked up by the end of the pickup time are forfeit with no refunds. Make sure you can make the pick-up time before bidding. No exceptions. CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR WINNERS EMAIL. This is where you will get the address and pick up instructions. It is up to you to check your email, spam, and junk mail. It is not our fault if you do not see it.
