Here are a few large items that will be available for PRE-SALE  ( We will begin setting this property up on Monday November 17th. PRE-SALE items can be viewed & picked up Monday November 17th with an appointment.  NOTHING BUT THESE ITEMS WILL BE PRE-SOLD BEFORE WE OPEN THE FIRST DAY OF ESTATE SALE)

1. Dining table & 8 chairs 6 1/2 ft long with a 2 foot leaf that makes it a total of 8 1/2 long total.  $900

2. White Sofa is 2 pieces each side 5ft 10 inch long.  This is a curved sofa from front left corner to free right corner is 10 feet.  Deep is 4 feet 3 inch. $500

3. Antique Hutch has some damage pictured is 6ft 9 inch tall, wide 3ft 9in wide, Depth 1ft 10 inch. $300

4. LG washer & Gas Dryer SOLD as a set only.  2 years old truly very nice $800

5. Dining buffet 5ft 2 inch wide, deep 1ft 8 inch, tall 3ft.  $300

The dryer is gas and will only be sold as a set, they are only 2 years old. This is an extremely large home on a beautiful golf course in Spokane and is full of beautiful and useful items.  We will begin setting this property up on Monday November 17th. ( PRE-SALE items can be viewed & picked up Monday November 17th with an appointment time) and we will be adding many more pictures of everything else that is for sale in this large home.  All other items not listed for presale will be photographed Monday November 17th and those items will be available the first day of the sale November 20th at 9:00 a.m...
