Well, this is a big one.  This is the estate of an old school contractor.  There's 8 acres, 5+ buildings full of building supplies including quality tools like Jet, Grizzly, Performax, Port Cable, etc.

Tons of wood including hard woods, boxes upon boxes of screws/hardware/etc, electrical supplies, concrete supplies / tools including heavy equipment, tons of aluminum siding

And autos, there's an amazing 1977 GMC work truck (runs) and a similar age project dump truck, a Chevy Silverado, several heavy duty trailers, a couple of boats with trailers, tons of car parts including chevy big block.

And don't forget the house full of stuff.  Lot's of hiking, kayaking, camping equipment as well as normal household electronics, kitchen, furniture etc.

This is a large property, but the drive is narrow and steep, so access and parking may be limited.  You may have to walk up steep a steep hill (access for loading at upper property).  This is also a hazardous environment, there are sharp objects, muddy and slippery paths, ladders to climb, etc.  This isn't one for the kids or people who can't get around very well.
