Spice of Life!!

The old saying variety is the spice of life definitely describes this estate! This large home in Vancouver is filled with lots of different collections. Plan to spend some time at this sale to take in all 3 floors, a garage, large patio, and the garden shed. We have posted a lot of pictures because there is too much to list it all.

Main floor:

• The primary bedroom was turned into a theater room. It holds a grey sectional, vintage style popcorn maker, records, 65" television, stereo and speakers, DVD players, orange MCM chair, with a matching vintage orange phone, and MCM cocktail bar. 
• The primary closet was turned into a storage space. It is packed with modern small appliances, everyday basics, vintage dishware, and a Coca Cola collection including a reproduction pedal car with trailer and cooler. 
• Bathroom is too cute with its dog and cat theme, plus bath and beach towels.
• 2nd bedroom is filled with vintage toys and collectibles. 
• Kitchen and dining room hosts both vintage wares and modern everyday kitchenwares. 
• Sunroom (my personal favorite!!) is like entering a Pier One store that is accented with vintage items. Beautiful wood furniture with reclining couch and chair, plus a hutch and 2 cabinets to display all one's collections. There's also pigs on the piano! Large pig collection displayed on a very nice Kimball piano. 
• Laundry room has a newer commercial duty Speed Queen washer, Kenmore dryer, lots and lots of household products, and a pantry of food. 
• Garage is packed with canning jars, storage ware, dishware, collectibles, camping supplies, 4 bicycles (2 are folding bikes), 2 compound bows, electronics, upright freezer, refrigerator, sauna, tools, and more.

Basement: 

• Extra-large holiday collection with super fun Halloween items, plus Christmas with both newer and vintage items.
• 2 Pinball machines: Jurassic Park & Whirlwind (Please note: There are 4 pictured but only 2 are for sale. The estate owner did not have time to move them before the sale.)
• 3rd bedroom is filled with modern and vintage linens, plus handmade needlepoint wall hangings. 
• 4th bedroom is a sewing room filled with fabric, notions, Singer Serger, and a Husqvarna Viking sewing machine.
• Storage room with books, office supplies, and gift-wrapping supplies.

Upstairs:

• 5th bedroom is a dreamy craft room! Cricut(s) and all the supplies to go with them, Epson Stylus photo printer, scrap booking supplies, and much, much more!
• Another too cute bathroom with a stick figure boy and girl theme, plus bathroom basics
• 6th bedroom we converted to a closet. Clothes, large bag collection, super fun shoe collection including Andy Warhol Chuck Taylors with a matching tote.
• Game area has a large collection of Legos (some new in box), large Nightmare Before Christmas collection, toys, Hotwheels car collection, Indy Car collectibles, hockey jerseys, PS3, gaming controllers, and video games, hundreds of CDs, and a camera and camera accessory collection.
• 2nd Primary Bedroom has a collection of bronze sculptures by David Manuel (some were custom commissioned for the family), fly fishing gear and poles, custom framed flies and supplies to make them, moccasin collection, large collection of frames and unframed photos and water color pictures, 2 violins and a flute, large selection of jewelry, another closet full of clothes and shoes, and a primary bath with decor and toiletries. 
• Upstairs deck has a quality set of outdoor wicker furniture including a hanging egg chair swing (cushions are not pictured, but will be put out for the sale), a portable firepit, and more.

Outside:

• Large back patio has a wrought iron and slate top table with 6 chairs, portable firepit, upright patio heater, portable pizza oven, planter, gardening supplies, wall hanging fountain, outdoor decor, good condition brown leather couch, loveseat, and more frames (too nice to be outside, but too much to fit in the house).
• Gardening shed is filled with gardening supplies and tools.
• Rhino portable garage, more wrought iron outdoor furniture, 2 outdoor cushion storage bins
