Absolutely Fabulous Downsizing Sale in Fisher's Landing!

We've got a really cute sale this weekend in Fisher's Landing! And it's got a little (in some cases - a LOT) of everything inside!

If you're after home furnishings, decor, jewelry, kitchen items, clothing, kids things or collectibles....

We'll have at least ONE (maybe even several) treasure(s)  for you here!!

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a sign up sheet outside the home at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name. ONE name per number - PLEASE.  We will let as many in as the home will comfortably/safely fit at a time. I do not expect a long wait for this one, but you never know!

Also, PLEASE do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Be a courteous driver/parker. Leave the driveway open for workers/ loading.

Home is alarmed. Do not disturb when we are closed.

DINING ROOM:

You'll be seeing green the second you walk in the door! Holy Jadeite!! We have SO MANY amazing pieces here... a few that are very rare, some even with uranium... and all are absolutely fabulous! Mixed in with them you'll find a set of Stonegate "Countess" china from Germany - gorgeous black and white - goes with SO many tablescapes. Several other pieces of gorgeous china, depression glass, faux greenery, pottery, and more. Super nice farmhouse style white/wood top dining table with two chairs and bench - it's really the perfect size, too. There is an IKEA display case with even more jadeite, glassware and china.  Even the light fixture is for sale! (You'll have to pick it up later in the week though).

LIVING ROOM:

Like new super comfy red sofa, stripy upholstered accent chair, pair of dark wood end tables, pillows, wall art, Hibino wall clock, lamps, trinket dishes, candleholders, vases, large crystal bowl, basket of designer purses - Coach, Portland Leather and more, tray of modern jewelry - really cute stuff!!

FAMILY ROOM:

If you are looking to update your living room sofa - here you go! We have a lovely microsuede sofa and matching loveseat with gorgeous nailhead trim. These are in such great condition - I don't think this room was used much!  More wall art, colorful decor, super adorable popcorn set, tins, Asian tea set... cute mustard yellow/cream  shag rug. There is a matching runner in the hallway.

KITCHEN:

All the blue and white! So many wonderful pieces here! Check out that amazing canister set - so pretty! And it's not just blue and white.... we've got lots of colorful kitchen items - from serving pieces, glassware, cooking, baking, storage and more. Le Creuset!  Johnson Bros. "Friendly Village", a pair of really nice/versatile barstools, cookbooks.....

MASTER BEDROOM:

Oh that bed... such a great frame - and comfy too! If you are tall - you will find this PERFECT. If you are short - you will need a little stool to step up onto this amazing "throne" of a bed! On it you'll find baskets of scarves and accessories, premium denim (Madewell, Paige and more) and a few other goodies. Rack and closet full of women's clothing - some really nice brands - sizes M/L, Shoes sizes 10/11. Hats, purses, linens. Cute wicker chair in great condition. Wall art, decor, lamps, mirrored hall/sofa table. Bathroom with hygiene products, perfumes, sunglasses, towels, a smattering of decor.

KID ROOM:

Don't worry... there was not a tragedy. Just grandma doing a downsize! LOTS of nice toys in good-great condition. Clothing, too! Stuffies, Squishmallows, dolls, art supplies, games. A pair of accent chairs, a "bedazzled" table - fun!

BEDROOM 3:

Now that the kids are off to college... what do we do with that extra room? Guest room? Office? Either way, it's a good idea to have a spare bed... just in case. We've got the perfect twin bed. Tempurpedic, adjustable at both ends... and oh, so comfortable!

More linens, records, books, some office supplies, faux marble top hall/sofa table, pottery, decorative plates and other decor. BRAND NEW Barcalounger from Costco! Everything works and you are getting a BARGAIN!

GARAGE:

We've literally got a little of everything! Kitchen appliances, serving pieces, and other practicals. Luggage, jars (some old), everyday and holiday decor, electronics, media (dvds/cds/vhs), really nice exercise equipment, VINTAGE SCHWINN - 'tis the season, golf gear, gardening supplies, some camping, vacuum, carpet shampooer, some furniture, hand and some power tools, household maintenance supplies.... it's FULL.

OUTSIDE:

Practically new outdoor bench, 3 piece outdoor table and chairs, plastic outside chairs, cute wicker (super low) chair, gnomes, yard art, planters, chiminea,  charcoal bbq, birdhouses, bee houses, sweet white metal bench out front....

While this isn't our biggest sale ever.... it's cute and it's quality. And where else are you going to find that much jadeite in one place?
