Absolutely gorgeous furniture, decor (lots of nautical), art supplies, camping and biking, vegan cooking and SO MUCH MORE!!

BUSINESS FIRST:

A sign up sheet will go outside the home at 9am Saturday. You will be responsible for adding  your name - one name per number, please. We will line folks up at 9:50am and let people in - in order of sign up. In the event that the home becomes too full, we will resort to one in, for every one out.

Parking should not be an issue, however - please DO NOT block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Please leave sale house driveway open for employees and loading.

Back to this wonderful sale...

I'm going to start in the kitchen first.

KITCHEN:

So many beautiful (and useful) things! Starting with the pretties... we've got gorgeous glassware, silver plate, crystal (Baccarat and more), decorative plates, classic antique mantel clock, hand painted pottery, white dishes (china and stoneware), lots of decorative pieces, dog figurines....

Really cool small stool/table - dark, carved wood - looks to be handmade, several white metal barstools, the most PERFECT kitchen prep table - perfectly aged and distressed - all of us wanted it!

Useful AND pretty - Brown Bag cookie molds, serving pieces, Corning Ware, white KitchenAid, crystal vases and bowls, tea cups/sets/teapots, large Le Creuset dutch oven, white canisters, BASKETS of amazing French/Indian tablecloths (think April Cornell)...

Practical - Small appliances: InstaPot, espresso maker, knife sharpener - in box, Cuisinart, spices and sauces, LOADS of vegan cookbooks and cooking magazines, bakeware, various pots and pans including some cast iron, immersion blender, soymilk making machine...

So much more!

LIVING ROOM:

The furniture! Oh boy... Stunning and nearly perfect ivory Flexsteel sofa, light wood and versatile square coffee table, a pair of wonderful and well taken care of ivory swivel accent chairs (comfy, too!), small white end table with drawer, INCREDIBLE antique drop leaf table with beautiful inlay (maybe a tea table?),  really cool farmhouse style trestle table that folds open to make into a dining table, several white IKEA cabinets/bookcases. Beachy vibes! Art, sea shells, figures, copper cookie cutters... Pillows, Moroccan style backgammon/chess game with intricate inlay work, binoculars, candles, blank journaling/sketch books,  amazing antique clock/barometer - with secret compartment for the key, nautical themed new greeting cards, heavy and gorgeous pottery lamp, Pottery Barn frames (lots of PB in this house!) art books. Speaking of books - there are loads!  Travel, cooking, art, spirituality, finance - so many great book here! Smaller/white  Samsung smart tv/monitor, Roku, Sharp bookshelf stereo...

There will be a small case in the room with some sterling silver pieces as well as Coach and Burberry glasses (prescription, but can be changed out), as well as a tray of costume jewelry.

OFFICE/ART ROOM:

Where to start in here? SO MANY ART SUPPLIES! Before you even walk into the room - large canvases and sketch books! Inside there are paints, brushes, MORE sketch books/pads, canvases, colored pencils, folding easel, EVEN MORE BOOKS, ART BOOKS and mags, bookcases, smaller metal filing cabinets, printer/scanner, office supplies, laptop desks, larger "L" shaped desk, monitor, selfie light, notepads, spiral notebooks, foot massager for under your desk, office chair, greeting cards,  printer ink refill kits, handheld recorder, blank dvds, rubber stamps and inks, some camera equipment, Large/red and black glossy cabinet - would be neat for lots of different uses, tripod, Tarot cards/game,  kids art supplies, lots of different art mediums, IKEA metal mesh drawers full of bagged art supplies/ office items/ notebooks/ canvases/ cds! Security cameras, sewing supplies, Singer serger... this room is PACKED and impossible to mention everything - you just have to come see!

MASTER BEDROOM/CLOSET/BATH:

Perfect F/Q white wood bed frame with European cotton mattress, beautiful antique side table with drawers - perfect for jewelry, lingerie or whatever floats your boat! It's just perfect. Quilt with bird house motif, simple white wood dresser, vintage ballet shoes, silver plate picture frames, coastal style art, smaller antique dresser/side table, oversized upholstered chair with matching ottoman, pillows, throw with rabbit design, Victoria magazines,  MCM style light wood dresser  (needs a little tlc), Asian paper umbrellas...

Large walk-in closet full of L/XL women's clothing and shoes, luggage, accessories, purses, men's Large clothing and accessories,

check the drawers in here... we had to utilize lots of them!

In the bathroom (full) - you'll find hair appliances and supplies, vitamins, health and hygiene items, back massager, perfumes (some may end up in the case in the LR), cosmetics, towels, medical supplies and much more!

BEDROOM TWO:

Would we even be doing an estate sale if we didn't have a Christmas room? Well... of course we do. Large, realistic looking faux tree,  Dept. 56 Dickens Village pieces, ornaments, stockings and other misc. NOT Christmas - includes a sweet white metal day/trundle bed, linens, thin dresser, Bulova mantel clock, antique fold out secretary desk, foot circulator - NIB, some music supplies, folding massage table...

IN THE HALLWAY and PANTRY:

Hall closet is full of linens - bed and table! In the pantry off the kitchen you'll find more kitchen items - bakeware, storage pieces, some canning supplies and food goods.

GARAGE:

Photos look to be a bit of a mess, as it wasn't quite "finished" when it was picture time! But, boy.... is this garage FULL! SO MANY home and yard maintenance supplies/tools/chemicals,  camping gear, emergency food supplies, ladders, folding tables, storage, light bulbs, pet supplies, stainless steel side by side refrigerator, folding chairs, exercise equipment, Nishiki and Alpina bikes - including a Rad Ride electric bike, golf clubs, bike trailers for the doggos, lots of gadgets and fun things in this garage! IT IS PACKED!!

OUTSIDE:

Not shown - but here's what we've got going on... Teak dining table - needs a little love, folding teak chairs,  a pair of adjustable lounge chairs - originally intended to be outside - but have been reupholstered in indoor fabric - don't worry - they are undercover!

4 standing umbrellas, dog crate, directors chairs, small trampoline, flower pots and a few other surprises!

THIS IS A GREAT SALE! So many wonderful things for so many different types of folks!
