Everything sold as is! No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Auction catalog items are described to the best of knowledge of this auction house and are subject to change. Anything written or verbal is our best guess and should not be considered fact. Please read descriptions carefully for conditions. The absence of condition report in the description does not indicate there are no condition issues. Please review photos carefully and message us through LiveAuctioneers for a condition report. When in doubt, don't bid!
Buyer's Premium is 16.6% for purchases made through LiveAuctioneers. Invoices will be emailed to the address on file with LiveAuctioneers at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment method: Credit Card (through LiveAuctioneers). Pick up is available by appointment only and are scheduled the following Monday after the auction. All shipping and handling is third party and is NOT included with purchase. We can not provide quotes for shipping. We do not wrap, pack, or ship anything ourselves. We only release items to a shipper after explicit permission has been given to us. Please notify us after payment to make shipping arrangements. For larger items, including furniture: contact us for a shipping referral. Our preferred third party shipper does not handle large items.
All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the auction. Items not removed after 30 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the discretion of Cedarburg Auction & Appraisal LLC.
By bidding in this auction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and these Terms and Conditions supersede any other Terms and Conditions (as in Mastercard or Visa). If there is a dispute, it will be handled in-house by Cedarburg Auction and Appraisal LLC solely, and their decision will be binding.
