Sale Procedures: We will honor a watched pre-list and will allow entry to the sale starting at 9:00AM. If you're on the pre-list and are not present when your name is called for entry into the home, you will have to re-add your name to the end of the list - no exceptions. Due to the size of the home, and amount of breakables, the host will allow a limited number of people to enter the home - likely 10-15. More people will be allowed in as others leave (ie: two people leave, two people will be allowed entry).
House opens at 9:00 AM.
Purchasing & Payment: This sale is CASH ONLY - no credit/debit cards or checks will be accepted. All items are sold AS IS – no returns, refunds, or price adjustments. All sales are final. Prices will not be given prior to the sale and no early discounts.
Large Item Policy: If you're purchasing a large item(s), please bring your own help and equipment (ie: dollies and tools for disassembly if necessary) for moving large or heavy items. We are unable to assist with lifting or loading.
Safety & Liability: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items while on the premises. This sale does have large amounts of glassware, serving pieces, crystal and ceramics, so we ask that you please refrain from bringing small children to the sale in order to avoid potential injury and broken items. You break it, you buy it!

Homeowner is going through the stage in life where she is doing a major downsizing. She LOVED entertaining and hosting parties, enjoyed decorating for the various holidays and had a large collection of coffee cups from her travels over the years, tea cups & saucers, and cookbooks.
