All purchases must be picked up by the final day of the sale.

We accept cash and all major credit cards with a 3% transaction fee

A Sign up sheet will be posted at 9:00 am. on the first & last day of the sale. You MUST be present to sign up. One name per number and you may only sign up yourself.

We allow a single, WATCHED, pre-sign in list that is started by the first person to arrive at the sale. If you put your name on a pre-sign in sheet, you must still be present at 9am when our list goes out, your name will not automatically be transferred.

Please be respectful of neighbors. DO NOT drive on their lawns, park in front of mailboxes and block or park in driveways.
