Our next sale will be an AMAZING one! We already have a TON of stuff in the warehouse from the last week and we have several MASSIVE estates coming in for this sale. One of them is an estate that's been in the same house since the 1890s!

TONS of amazing vintage jewelry, vintage clothes including hats with boxes, vintage toys including He-Man and M.A.S.K., lots of good albums (finally found some good ones this month), mid century items including stretch vases, TONS of art, pottery, glass including some really nice Rainbow Glass pieces, TONS of tools including Snap-On and others, primitives, TONS of Christmas items and SO much more - still digging through all the stuff.

For you first timers...this sale is probably unlike anything you've attended in the past. Almost nothing will be priced, so you'll have to pile stuff up and negotiate a price with me. This process can be time consuming, so there will be long lines. The best way to avoid the crowd is to come later in the day or come on Sunday. I realize that this style of sale is not for everyone. Note that this time of year brings a LOT of people so be prepared...

Photos will be added to facebook (Heritage Estate Settlement) as we continue to set up, but I may not get much up until the week of the sale. Doors open in the waiting room at 9AM.

We accept cash, check and credit cards. Kids are welcome to attend.
