EAS retains the right to remove a reserve price at any time, ensuring a sale to the highest bidder at any price.

The bidder acknowledges and comprehends that the online bidding service may or may not operate correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder assert any claim against EAS or any other party if the Internet service fails to function correctly before or during the timed online auction. EAS will not be held accountable for any missed bids originating from any source. Internet bidders wishing to ensure the placement of their bids should utilize the website feature and set their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction concludes.
Conditions of Sale
All property is sold "AS IS," and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The bidder acknowledges and agrees that every item is sold as-is, and no returns are accepted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Items may exhibit wear and tear, imperfections, or the natural effects of aging. Any condition statement provided, as a courtesy to the client, is purely an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All dimensions are approximate.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person before bidding, and this can be arranged by appointment or advertised preview for a specific auction. Please note that not all inventory will be available for previews. Additional detailed condition reports, such as photos or videos, can likely be provided upon request with sufficient advance notice, at least 48 hours before the auction closes. The bidder is the sole judge of the value and authenticity of items and may not contest any determining factor. Bidders participating from off-site, without attending the preview, understand and acknowledge that this choice impacts their ability to inspect an item as thoroughly as if done in person.
EAS may make efforts to describe merchandise through advertising, online, and at the auction, but it makes no representations. Under no circumstances shall EAS be held accountable for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. EAS will strive to provide detailed descriptions and any relevant information about each item.
EAS will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it constitutes a material misrepresentation of the item itself.
Warranties of Owner/Representative
The owner or representative of consigned inventory affirms that they are the owner or possess the right to sell the listed items, holding a merchantable title to the personal property offered for sale. By doing so, they grant EAS the right to convey a merchantable title to the successful high bidder after receiving full payment. The owner or representative assures a clear title and states any liens on the listed property, making arrangements to ensure that clear title is issued to the purchaser.
If, for any reason, the owner/representative is unable to clear the title within 10 business days following the conclusion of the sale, the EAS reserves the right to cancel the sale and provide a full refund to the buyer.
Acceptance
By participating in our online auction, the Bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have thoroughly read and accepted the Terms & Conditions of the auction in full. We appreciate your understanding, compliance, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
