Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our estate sale! Please review the following terms before shopping:

* Payment: We accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App only. No credit/debit cards or personal checks.
* Sunday Discount: Everything is 50% OFF on Sunday!
* All Sales Final: All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.
* Pricing: Please do not remove or switch price tags. Items without a price must be brought to a staff member for pricing.
* Holding Items: An item is not considered sold until payment has been made. Please see a staff member regarding larger items.
* Furniture & Large Items: Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases. Please bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and an appropriate vehicle. Our staff cannot guarantee assistance with loading.
* Pickup: All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been approved.
* Children: Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
* Safety: Please use caution while shopping. The homeowner/property owner and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
* Respect the Property: Please do not enter areas marked private or off-limits. Do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants when parking.
* No Early Sales: Unless specifically advertised otherwise, no merchandise will be sold before the scheduled opening of the sale.
* Discounts: Discounts apply according to the posted sale schedule. Sunday is 50% off all remaining merchandise.
* Merchandise Availability: Items pictured or advertised may be sold at any time during the sale and availability is not guaranteed.
