Sale starts on Thursday. There will be an official sign up sheet at the end of the driveway by 7am on Thursday.
Do NOT walk around the property before the sale starts.
Do not park on both side of the road, only one side so emergency vehicles can get through if needed.
We will accept cash and Venmo. Credit Cards will be accepted with a 3% convenience charge added.
Yes, we charge tax.
This sale has stairs to the basement and stairs going upstairs.
Attic Addict will not move furniture and items. You must be prepared to shop with a partner or helpers to move furniture and items at the sale.
Attic Addict is not responsible for any accidents.
No large bags or purses allowed into the sale.
