Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. In person inspection highly recommended. Once bid has been placed, bidder has enacted a contract to pay for their winning bids. Belle City Resale reserves the right to pursue all legal avenues to ensure buyer fulfils said contract. If buyer is unsure of what they are bidding on... DO. NOT. BID!!!

Belle City Resale will not honor mistakes.

Buyers Terms:
15% buyer's premium is added to winning lots.

Wisconsin State sales tax applies to all orders being picked up.

Ways To Pay: Your card that you registered on Hibid with will automatically be charged after auction ends. If you prefer to pay cash when you pick up, please contact us! If we do not hear from you, your card on file will automatically be charged.
Winning auctions need to be picked up during scheduled pick-up times unless other arrangements are made before auction ends. Items not picked up during those times will be forfeited.
No refunds/credits will be given.
All sales are final.
All items are sold as is-where is with no guarantee or warranty of any sort. Photographs are considered part of the item description so please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding.

Unpaying bidders will be reported to Hibid, blacklisted and denied participating in any other Belle City Resale auctions. A negative will also be left on customers’ Hibid account resulting in other auctions denying them as well.

PREVIEW TIMES:
Thursday, March 7th from 1-4 and Saturday, March 9th from 11-2.

Items must be picked up during scheduled pickup times or else items will be returned to auction company. If you cannot pick up during pickup times, please contact us BEFORE the auction ends to schedule a pickup time.

AUCTION TIMES: Tuesday, March 5th starting at 7:00pm CST - Tuesday, March 12th ending at 7:00pm CST.

After the auction ends, shipping cost will be added to invoices needing to be shipped and then cards on file will be automatically run unless paying in cash arrangements we made. Cards will be run the same night as auction end.

Your card you have on file with HIBID will automatically be charged after auction ending. If you are interested in paying with cash, please contact us BEFORE the auction ends to let us know or else your card will automatically be charged.

Shipping: Your invoice will include shipping and handling charges if you aren't local. All items needing to be shipped will go out within two weeks of auction end date. Tracking will be sent to the email registered with on Hibid.
