Sale Procedures: Numbers given out at 8am. Entrance to the ground floor begins at 8:30. Entrance to the second floor starts at 9:00.

Numbers will be handed out starting at 8 am sharp on the first day (usually Saturday). If you're on a pre-sale list (not managed by us), you must be present at 8 am to receive an official number.
The sale starts at 9 am, with the garage opening at 8:30 am if applicable.
Bring your own help and dollies for large item purchases.
No credit cards – we prefer cash. All sales are final, and items are sold as-is.
We price all items to sell, so no discounts are offered on the first day. However, you may place bids on items over $50. If items remain after the first day, they will be discounted by 50% on the second day.
