Sale Procedures

Number Distribution: Official numbers will be handed out at 8:00 AM sharp on the first day of the sale (typically Saturday).

If you're on an unofficial pre-sale list (not managed by our team), you must be present at 8:00 AM to receive an official number.

Garage opens at 8:30 AM
House opens at 9:00 AM.

Purchasing & Payment

All items are sold AS IS – no returns, refunds, or price adjustments.

Cash is preferred. No credit cards accepted.

All sales are final.

No early discounts.

Items priced over $50 may receive written bids on Day 1.

Items not sold on Day 1 will be discounted 50% on Day 2.

Large Item Policy

Please bring your own help and equipment (e.g., dollies) for moving large or heavy items.

We are unable to assist with lifting or loading.

Safety & Liability

Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items while on the premises.

Please respect the homeowner’s property and be mindful of neighboring driveways, lawns, and walkways.
