This sale is for Rosemary Anderson, age 98, who lived in this home for 72 years, was an avid quilter and shopper.  She also saved everything for many, many decades, which makes this sale one you won’t forget.  The home is small, the contents are large, bring your patience and enjoy looking through every room.  This is a true treasure hunt sale.

BASEMENT WONDERLAND: Part of the basement has been devoted to all of the sewing fabrics.  The amount of quilting and sewing related items is somewhat overwhelming.  It is overflowing with fabrics for quilting and sewing, sewing accessories, tons of buttons, a Pfaff 6270 sewing machine, Antique Spartan portable machine and an Antique Singer with a curved wood top…There are containers filled with quilting and sewing books…There is also an adorable handmade unique shadowbox of an Antique room with a sewing machine and little quilting fabrics...This is the work area, the finished pieces are upstairs and they are beautiful.   

THE REST OF THE BASEMENT is devoted to old toys and games, vintage and rare pieces that we found in excellent condition.  There is an old pogo stick and a wood skateboard.  We found two old Majorette hats in gold and black... Board games, some I’ve never seen before…Flintstone lunchbox and thermos…Old pennants from travels in the 1950s… Several Fox items, including a lighted floor standing Fox…Older dolls and stuffed animals...The bar area has 4 tall wood bar stools and some interesting bar related items.  There are 2 old large Hamms cardboard signs, glasses, decanters, huge variety of surprises.  There is a Stroh’s beer truck and a full turkey feather display...Bar refrigerator...
