Cannot accept Debit or Credit Cards due to no internet or cellular access at this rural location as there is no cellular service. All Sales Are Final, As Is, No Refunds. Please inspect the items before purchasing. If you buy any furniture, or large items please bring help loading it out and a sufficient vehicle to haul it. There will be no deliveries available. If you do not have the vehicle to haul the item the day you buy it, you can make arrangements to come back the next day to pick up items or a date that is agreeable with Auction Service or Owners.

Liability Waiver: The Living Estate (the Property Owners, Claude Perry) nor the Party (Virgil Pack Auction Services) handling the Living Estate Sale are liable for accidents or injuries of any kind as a result of attending the sale.
