Duke's Indy Honky Tonk Bar Liquidation Sale

An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. Friday, the list goes out at 8:00 AM, and doors open at 9:00 AM. Saturday, the list goes out at 9:00 AM, and doors open at 10:00 AM. Only one name per number on the early bird list; the person must be present to sign in and enter the home when we open. Up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time, as space allows. We do not give our customers a time limit to shop. As people filter out, we will allow more people to enter to shop. Please be patient with our process, as we have an organized system and we want to show all the respect to our clients' homes.

This sale will feature items with color-coded dot sticker pricing and barcode hangtags. Large objects must be removed by 2:00 PM on Saturday, unless otherwise discussed with the Flipside team. Day Two is 50% off unless marked "firm" or otherwise. We accept cash and credit card payments upon checkout.

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for removing large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper, boxes, and reusable tote bags. Items are sold as-is, with no returns or reimbursements.
