Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge

We used Jess and her staff at Flipside to sell much of the content of my mothers house when she moved to retirement living after 55 years in that home. We interviewed 4 estate sale companies and picked Flipside because Jess was so good with my mother. Very patient, and interested in the stories my mom had to tell. She has a genuine interest in the history of things, and appreciates the value and sentiment her clients has towards them. I thought the project would be daunting, but Jess assured everything would work out great - and it did. They work very fast and efficiently to set everything up. She has a very good touch with social media marketing, and obviously has a very large, diverse following. She made the effort to properly identify items, and research the value to set pricing appropriately. The two days of the sale were a smashing success. There was next to nothing left. They have the ability to take some higher value items that didn't sell, and consign or auction them after the sale. Flipside took care of removing any remaining items, as well as some fixturing I asked them to address. This was done in one day. The next day the deep cleaning crew came through and was very thorough. At the end I received a detail break down of everything that sold, and for how much, and the final fees for the additional services. Extremely fair, and NO up front costs. I've been dealing with a lot of different service companies/people (for the first time), as the "project manager" on my mom's move and home sale.
