An early-bird sign-in sheet is a physical list placed outside the property one hour before doors open. The list goes out on Friday at 8:00 AM and doors open at 9:00 AM. No early bird-sign in on Saturday for this sale. At least up to 25 shoppers are invited in at one time, as space allows.
This is a picker-style sale where you will collect your items to a holding table and negotiate a final price with the Flipside team. Some items will display our traditional price tags but not our color dot pricing system.
We accept cash and credit card payments upon checkout. Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools to remove large items. Please be prepared with packing paper and boxes for breakable or fragile items.

Come pick through the treasures in this 3-story Victorian home. This home has Lionel trains, an antique piano, antique and contemporary furniture, decor, books, and more. In addition to the home there is a wrap around porch and a shed with items for the picking.
This is a semi- picker-style sale where you will collect your items to a holding table and negotiate a final price with the Flipside team. Some items valued over $30.00 will display our traditional price tags but not our color dot pricing system.
Please be aware that the attic is available for picking but we request that you proceed with caution as there is no railing on the stairs.
