Gentleman's Farm Estate Sale in Boxford

We welcome all of our friends to this estate sale.

The driveway is easy to miss so look for our large black and yellow Curious Cat Banner. We are asking customers to park out on the street and walk in. If handicapped, or if picking up large items, you may come down the driveway to park. Please do not park on the neighbor's grass.

Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition.
For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In particular, all jewelry and electronics are sold as is. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day so as not to interfere with the sale. Should you be interested in purchasing an item for its listed price before the sale you may call Ruthanne at 978-394-5841 or Robert at 978-852-2438. You must do this before 6pm on Thursday preceding the sale. Thank you for your patience, and your compliance.
