Parking will be along side of Dayton St. Watch out for mud and ice! Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day so as not to interfere with the sale. The home consists of a house and large barn and are reflective of the self-made and self-reliant long-time owners who both knew how to use tools and live off the land. Imagine bits and pieces of the Freyburg Fair throughout this homestead and you will get a hint of what you can find.
