Parking will be along side of Main St. Be careful as this road is very busy (Rt 62). Handicaped drivers may come up the driveway. We will have an attendant there for you. Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day or the following week so as not to interfere with the sale. Should you be interested in purchasing an item for its listed price before the sale you may call Ruthanne at 978-394-5841 or Robert at 978-852-2438. You must do this before 6pm on Thursday preceding the sale. Thank you for your patience, and for your compliance.

This is an amazing house! We will only be using a part of the house for this incredible sale. Please look over our photos and excuse the fact that there may be some duplicates as items have had to be moved. We have been working this sale for several weeks and the sale is still weeks away. Without going into details here is what you will find:
- Clothing....hundreds and hundreds of dresses...many vintage outfits
- Shoes, purses, hats and more
- Collectibles......hundreds! including stone, ceramic, bone, porcelain
- Hundreds of Asian artifacts and collectibles
- Outdoor Pagodas, lanterns, garden statues, stoneworks etc, some nearly 10 feet tall! Around 20 in all!
- Jewelry, costume and precious
- Numerous beautiful tea sets and china sets
- Artwork, many framed pieces
- Furnishings including a full King Set
- Several Runners including one around 30' long
- Kitchen items including numerous glassware sets
- Bar items
We have just scratched the surface and will have more photos and descriptions as we continue processing the house
