Antique House and Barn on Lake Cochichewick

We welcome all of our friends to this estate sale.
Parking will be along the side of the local streets. It is critical that you do not park on the grass or in anyone's driveway!

Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent, so we sell them in "as is" or "as found" condition.
For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
PLEASE bring paper, boxes to wrap & pack your purchases. We CANNOT lift furniture for or with you. Return appointments for furniture /heavy item pick ups with a helper if you do not bring someone. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day ( if it is a sale day) so as not to interfere with the sale.
