Cash and local checks accepted. Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is, where-is, with no refunds, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Please inspect items before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for removing purchased items during posted pickup hours; bring proper help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for large or heavy items. Estates by Vern and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage after purchase. We reserve the right to limit entry, adjust pricing, correct errors, and remove items from the sale as needed. Specific sale-day hours, sign-up sheet details, discount schedules, and pickup instructions will be listed on each individual sale.
