Estates by Vern

My late partner Lin had been doing estate sales, wicker repair, chair caning and antique selling for over 20 years.  Vern left his professional career to team up with Lin to further expand her estate services. Sadly Lin has past but Estates by Vern continues with a very competent and experienced crew.
Each estate is treated as a custom joint venture that will bring the optimum value back to the family.  Most of our hosting of estate sales are done on-site.  We also offer options to smaller estates or where on-site is not practical. Options include a quick clean out where we remove items to a large "combined estate sale" on consignment, on-line auction or a complete upfront buyout.

We now include detailed inventory reports before, during and after the sale. We have proven that barcoding every item is providing an accurate and efficient method of checking out customers and most importantly a detailed sale's listing for our clients.
