The motel is being listed for sale. Yes a motel is an unusual place to have an estate sale. However, it has an impressive large residential area with upscale items along with a larger than normal amount of household and patio items. It is reported that the owner hosted and catered many events in her residence.
The motel rooms and office area will be off limits. The residence does include a large 2 stall garage and a lower level. You will find many vintage clothes, shoes, purses, costume jewelry, and much more.
The current pictures represent our first walk through after only a few hours of set up.
