Massive 4 Day Multi-Estate Sale (Packed 2 Story Warehouse)

Several LargeTruckloads have just been transported into a large 2 story vacant medical building. You will find a massive amount of quality items and a variety that comes from the following 3 large estates that we have just cleaned out:

The first estate cleanout came from an upscale residence where a house flipper purchased the home with all the contents. An onsite sale was not applicable due to timing issues. We found many Collectibles, Thomasville Cabinetry, Couches, Recliners, Lamps, Vacuums, Patio Furniture, Art, Jewelry, Books, Electronics, Tools and many unused clothes with original tags still attached.

The second estate comes from a large apartment where the late owner's family indicated that the Spring Lake apartment complex was not applicable to onsite sales. We found large display cases with diecast cars and other collectibles. Many unused name brand clothes, shoes. Jewelry, Art, Wildlife Figurines, Electric Fireplace Stove, Bicycles, Electric Power Wheelchair, Walkers, Antique Dining Table & Chairs, Quality Living Room & Bedroom Furniture, Lamps, Vintage Slot Machine, Kitchen Appliances, Christmas, Halloween and so much more.

The third estate cleanout comes from another upscale large apartment complex in Grand Haven. The current 90 year young owner has indicated that it is time to downsize her years of collecting. She mentioned she has moved 17 times from places world wide. The last move was approximately 20 years ago from California where she was a victim of a close encounter with a fire. She mentioned she spent $22,000 to move her items not fire damaged to Michigan. Many of which have since been stored in her garage and 2 offsite storage units. You will find from her estate an Outdoor Wicker Set, Bedroom Dresser Sets, Clothes, Shoes, Vintage Dish sets - Mikasa, Royal Doulton, Lenox and more fine glassware.
