• All sales are final. Items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and security and to ensure a comfortable estate sale experience.
• We do not allow access to the bathrooms. It's our policy and we won't change our mind about it during the sale. Take a tactical pee/poo somewhere before you come to the sale.
• BRING BAGS TO CARRY YOUR ITEMS.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases. We will help as much as possible but aren't always able to assist.
• You should arrange to take large, ticketed items with you the day you purchase them. If this isn't possible you must arrange a convenient time to get your item. All purchases must be picked up before the world-famous bag sale starts unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and resold (unless prior arrangements are made.) No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - $1 minimum on charges up to $30 and 3% charge on all charges over $30 (Credit or Debit or Bank.)
Discounts will be as follows:
- Wednesday Full Price
- Thursday 25% Off
- Friday 50% off listed prices (until 11:45am)
- Friday our Famous $5 Bag Sale will start at 12:00 noon (Sometimes a little sooner-You've been warned.) Everyone will be required to make their final purchases by 11:45am and exit the house. We will do a quick reset of our registers, take items off the hold table and place them back in the house, remove certain items as requested by our clients, and do a quick survey of the house. We will then open the front door and allow everyone back in to fill bags for $5 each. We supply the bags so that everyone is using the same bag. All items must fit in the bag. Items too big to fit in the bag will be discounted 60%. Please don't try to stuff three bags full of items into one bag. Be a little classier than that.
All terms and conditions are subject to change. We also reserve the right to end the bag sale sooner than listed.

OK, we might have embellished a little bit. There really isn't any buffalo roaming in the area. But... it is out in the country. And buffalo probably roamed the area back in the early 1800's. Maybe. Anyway, it is located west and south of Billings MO (as though you are heading to Crain.) It is a beautiful drive, to a beautiful location, where we will have a beautiful estate sale. It will be a different kind of sale too. It's for an event center, so it's not your average kind of estate sale. We will have a lot of the normal type of estate sale stuff but will have a lot of very unique type items as well.
Here is a short list of the stuff that will be available at the sale:
- Event Chairs: Metal, vintage wood & metal, fancy chairs
- Tables: rectangular and round
- Photo booth items
- Bougie Dinnerware
- Fancy drinking glasses
- Cow stuff. Yeah, that's right. Cow stuff.
- Fun & Flighty pictures and prints
- Super nice wood table and chairs
- Sound system, speakers, mics, and other audio equipment for you budding DJs. Or, maybe you are just an audiophile nerd. We love you either way. So come check out the sound equipment.
- Couches, chairs, and other furniture
- Fun signs
- Small kitchen appliances
- Seasonal decor for Halloween, Christmas, 4th Of July, etc
- Serving pans chaffing pans, utensils, etc
- Smokers, grills, outdoor furniture, etc
- Some fishing gear
- Tools
- Refrigerator and Upright Freezer
- A few other surprises will be at the sale. More stuff has been added, and more stuff will be added. You will just have to drive down (or up or over) to the sale and see all that is available.
Now, we thought we'd share a little bit of history about Billings. The town was platted in 1872, and was named after the railroad baron Fredrick H. Billings. Fredrick helped build the town a church in exchange for the naming rights to the town. The town of Billings Montana was also named after Fredrick H. Billings. The post office in Billings has been in operation since 1871. Billings has a number of fun little Flea Markets and antique shops. And there are some good places to eat too. Come to the sale then on your way home stop by a shop or two and browse. Then grab an early lunch. It'll be a fun-filled day.
