Estate Sale Planning & Execution: Comprehensive planning, clean-out, organizing, staging, pricing, and managing the sale.
Marketing and Promotion: Advertising the estate sale through online platforms, social media, and local marketing.
Clean-up and Disposal: Post-sale clean-up and disposal services. We leave the house empty and ready for you to put on the market.
Payment is made within 5 business days of the end of the sale. You won't be waiting weeks to get paid your portion of the sale.
No up-front fees or cost and no "hidden" fees at the end of the sale. Simple pricing without any surprises.

Dan, Gayla, and their crew recently held an estate sale for my grandma. We're talking 60 years of memories and possessions overflowing every corner of the home. I was amazed by the effort they put into staging the house for the sale. They took many pictures and posted clear information on several platforms to reach as many people as possible. Wow! Did QCES do a bang up job on my sister's estate sale! I can't believe how long they worked and well organized they were in presenting all of my sister's prized possessions.
