If it's raining, we will probably hand out placement numbers so you can "hold" your place in line and wait in your car until right before we open.

Queen City Estate Sales LLC (QCES) appreciates your business and looks forward to having you at our sale. The following terms and conditions apply:
• All sales are final. Items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and security and to ensure a comfortable estate sale experience.
• We do not allow access to the bathrooms. It's our policy and we won't change our mind about it during the sale. Take a tactical pee/poo somewhere before you come to the sale.
• BRING BAGS TO CARRY YOUR ITEMS.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases. We will help as much as possible but aren't always able to assist.
• You should arrange to take large, ticketed items with you the day you purchase them. If this isn't possible you must arrange a convenient time to get your item. All purchases must be picked up before the world-famous bag sale starts unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and resold (unless prior arrangements are made.) No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - $1 minimum on charges up to $30 and 3% charge on all charges over $30 (Credit or Debit or Bank.)

- Wednesday our Famous $5 Bag Sale will start at 12:00 noon (Sometimes a little sooner-You've been warned.) Everyone will be required to make their final purchases by 11:45am and exit the house. We will do a quick reset of our registers, take items off the hold table and place them back in the house, remove certain items as requested by our clients, and do a quick survey of the house. We will then open the front door and allow everyone back in to fill bags for $5 each. We supply the bags so that everyone is using the same bag. All items must fit in the bag. Items too big to fit in the bag will be discounted 75%. Please don't try to stuff three bags full of items into one bag. Be a little classier than that.

This is a surprise sale all the way around. Surprise! We are having a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday sale. Just like to mix things up occasionally and we wanted to get this sale in before the holidays started. Think of it as a Pre-Black Friday Estate Sale. Our Thanksgiving gift to you. 

And how was it we were surprised? We were surprised at all the fantastic stuff we "found" once we started setting up. This is a sale we took on for family/friends and on our initial walk-through we didn't think it was going to be a big sale. It was all good though because we wanted to help our client friends out. They have downsized and moved to an assisted living "resort" place here in town. Boy, were we in for a mild shock once we started clean-out and set-up. Turns out this is a super nice doozy of a sale with loads of great items. Here are some of the nice items you will find at this sale:

Doesn’t leave much room for the coffee but that’s what makes it so tasty. See that big metal milk can. It’s a Dressel Young Dairy Milk Can out of Granite City IL. The dairy went on to become Aro-Dressle Dairy in the 60’s and was then sold to Prairie Farms in 1967. The can itself is old. Cool piece of history. We’d like to tell you this was actually Mickey’s glove but that would be embellishing just a little bit. Actually probably be a lot of embellishing. It is old though and it does bear Mickey’s name. Not sure we had a picture of these vintage Metal milk crates. Look close at the pictures one is from Borden’s and I believe it’s from 1968. One is from a company called Velvet from 1963.
