We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. We do greatly appreciate payment with cash & approved checks, but do not charge a "buyer's premium" for your credit card purchases.
We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items.
This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase. Please do not request prices prior to sale days; prices are not available prior to sale days.; items are not available for purchase prior to sale days.
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.
