The whole team began preparing for the sale, spending many hours studying the items, researching their approximate value as necessary, pricing them and staging them for sale. I was particularly pleased with the efforts to promote the sale items online and reach out to potential buyers of more difficult-to-sell items such as the baby grand piano. Given the personal background info and references, I was quite comfortable providing the team with full access to the property when I was out of town. Once all sales were tabulated, I was very pleased with the outcome. Significantly more revenue was generated than I had anticipated. Of course, some items did not sell, but efforts to coordinate the removal of the remaining goods were greatly appreciated. Gina and her staff have the highest honesty and integrity which is, in my opinion, the most important thing when having an estate sale. Gina was very understanding of my feelings and concerns when dealing with items of sentimental value vs market value and pricing. I felt she was very fair in pricing items. Olde North State Estate Sales handled my sister's home beyond expectations. The home contained items representing the lives of my mom, my sister and father all deceased, as well as a few items they inherited from other relatives. They took charge of handling the estate which eased some of the emotional stress I was dealing with since I lost my mom and sister within 5 months of each other.

I live almost 100 miles away, so I deemed them trustworthy enough to give them total access to the home during my absence as they sorted through items and prepared for staging. They kept me updated on every detail from the beginning to the end and I was never concerned about allowing them open access to the home. I would like to express my satisfaction for the wonderful job that Olde North State Estate Sale Company did handling our sale.
The sale consisted of five generations of accumulation of items stored in barns, sheds, garage, house and property spread over acres of land. Some that had not been entered in forty years or more. They entered areas that I would not go into for fear of creatures that might have made their home there! Thereby, finding valuable items I had never seen.
They handled customers' parking and all aspects related to the sale, while showing respect for our family’s emotions caused by the loss of a lot of family history.
The result was a successful sale, both organizationally and financially, that exceeded my expectations.
