We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items.
This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase. Please do not request prices prior to sale days; prices are not available prior to sale days.; items are not available for purchase prior to sale days.
We do not always put out a sign-up sheet; the description of the sale will indicate whether there is one or not for a sale.
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.
Please bring your own help to load large items.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.
Please do not leave children unattended.
No smoking inside any building(s).
Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.

CALLING ALL PICKERS!!!
Bring your boxes and tote bags or use ours we will provide...standard-sized/liquor-box-sized, no oversized ones...fill them to the brim...only $10 each one you fill with absolutely whatever & however many pieces you choose to fit inside! Only exceptions will be furniture, lamps, and maybe a few larger pieces priced individually and a few special pieces pulled out separately at our checkout table.
Seriously, if you're a die-hard picker, reseller, dealer, repurposer, crafter, or just a die-hard personal collector, you certainly MUST come to this sale! You will walk away with plenty of inventory or goodies for whatever reasons suit you. And even if you came to one of the previous sales we've had at this warehouse, you need to come back..we've uncovered so much more stuff since then.
Words simply cannot describe this PICKERS' PARADISE. And there was no way to get the pictures to really do this collection and selection of items justice. You just have to see it to believe it.
