I can't say enough about how amazing this operation is. I called Jamie from where I live in Pennsylvania and told him I had interest in an item that was featured in the current auction. Jamie was quick to assure me we would figure out a way for me to participate. He was more than willing to go out of his way to keep in contact with me during the whole process. After bidding over the phone and winning the item, the lovely Robin Presley was delighted to help me complete the transaction properly. To my surprise, my item was shipped faster than I expected. Thanks to Jamie Presley for handling our estate sale. He was very professional and we were very impressed with his pre sale advertisements. We have never had an estate sale before and he answered our questions and concerns very thoroughly. We had many small items that required his team to take extra time pricing. The post sale pictures he sent us showed a clean house and the remaining items placed in a central location for donation. It was too hard for me to go back to my mother's house so they collected all personal pictures and papers, put them in boxes and brought them to my house.
