I'm not saying she was a hoarder but when mom moved to assisted living there were piles and piles of stuff that had accumulated over decades that we needed to get rid of. With all the other logistics to handle, the thought of hosting a garage sale then coordinating the donation of all the remaining items and making multiple runs to the dump was overwhelming to say the least.
Cortnee and her team stepped in and took care of absolutely everything. I met with her one time to show her around the house, sign agreements, and give her a set of keys. A few weeks later, the house was completely empty and we had a surprising amount of cash in our pocket from the proceeds of the estate sale. We didn't attend the sale, but the neighbors said it looked like a very smooth operation and everything went quite well.
Oh and they set aside some old family photos and other personal items we had missed. Thanks Cortnee and team! You all made this process so much easier than we ever thought it could be.

I'm an estate sales newbie and it's been interesting to see how different companies run their estate sales - it's all over the map. When I went to the estate sale in Rocklin, I was immediately greeted by a friendly guy who gave me a quick lay of the land. I liked that they had multiple people in charge of sections in the house. When I asked a lady about an item I had seen online, she knew exactly where it was and walked me to it. Everything was organized and most items had price tags. Prices were very reasonable and I left with a bunch of treasures.

Courtney and Peggy are friendly and wonderful! Their estate sales have great finds, Tons of items for the pickings. So many treasures to discover. The prices are fair and a deal can always be made! They have houses that are full of surprises and hidden gems. It's so fun to look and discover the past. Every time I see their estate emails I get excited!!

Where to start. I showed up at the estate sale today in Concord and, everything was well organized and neat. The 2 gals I encountered (Cortnee and Olivia) were very professional and super friendly. They were also super helpful and know exactly how to run an estate sale. I plan on attending their sales more often and looking forward to finding more treasures with this business.
