Don is a long-standing active member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and attends annual conference and training sessions. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA) and attends annual training sessions through that organization as well. He is licensed as an auctioneer in FL and AL.
Cotton & Associates Auctions & Realty, LLC conducts estate sales through online auctions. and when needed, through onsite auctions. We also work with banks and attorneys to liquidate business assets when that service is needed and can provide that service through simulcast auctions.
The Company has extensive experience in selling antiques, mid-century and contemporary furniture and décor as well as a wide variety of collections and household items. When research is needed before offering items for sale, the Company has the expertise to do so. With the extensive network of NAA and FAA auctioneers as well as estate sale companies in other areas, we can reach out to other professionals for inquiries or even assist in consigning items to areas where they may command a higher price.
