Our contract does NOT stipulate that we either "charge a flat fee or commission whichever is greater" as seems to be the latest trend in the estate sale business! We believe in the old fashion way: you earn your pay! We are commission based!
We don't restrict our client's entry into the home once we are under contract or assume all unsold items after completion of the sale are ours to remove. Those decisions are yours to make and, if requested, we will work with you to assist in the after-sale process!

We are a full-service appraisal and liquidation company that proudly provides you with "back to basic", small town family service. We know how to present and promote your personal property in order to generate the highest possible return. While under contract, we will act as your agent in the complete liquidation process. And we give you our undivided attention.
Our focus is completely on your specific needs - whether it be estate sale services or appraisals. You won't find us pushing a genre of services that can confuse you at your vulnerable time. Our team is also invaluable during times of readjustment whether it be due to downsizing, divorce, a move into alternative facility. We are honest, effective and sensitive specialists with a focus on confidentially and compassion to ensure you the best possible outcome. When necessary, we can work with and/or recommend other resources to help you achieve your goals.
Getting Started:
- First piece of advice estate sale companies should offer is: don’t toss anything unless you are sure it is trash. You would be surprised at what does sell!
- We recommend a walk through the estate to determine the size and preparation time and to answer any questions.
- The client needs to identify all items which will be included in the sale so that we can accurately assess the size of the sale. Those items should be either removed from the home or places in a designated area that will be closed off from the public.
- We use an Agreement which protects the client as well as Another Memory Appraisals & Estate Sales, LLC.
- Research is done to provide the highest return for the sale and items in the house are labeled with a price tag.
- We bring in our own tables, tablecloths, shelving, lighting, display cases, clothing racks and other equipment to best showcase the estate. We will also utilize areas within the house for staging as deemed necessary.
- We generally require 14+ days to prepare for the sale depending on the size of the estate. Emergencies do happen so please reach out! We may have an opening and can accommodate your sale!
- We provide advertising to include a national website (www.EstateSales.Net), Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, other social platforms, company email blast, and professional signs placed near the sale.
- Our sales are typically 2-3 days depending on the size of the estate.
- During sale hours we have several staff available to assist buyers.
- For our customers convenience, we provide baskets for shopping, holding totes and wrapping tables (as long as supplies last). After the sale, items can be kept by client, or we can facilitate a donation pickup or clean-out and provide a tax-deductible receipt.
- To further increase sales, we accept credit and debit cards (this may vary location to location), local checks and of course, cash.
- We will leave the home “broom swept”.
- Within 10 - 14 days of the final sale, we will provide a category breakdown spreadsheet of items sold. Proceeds will be sent to the designated person.
Rates:
Another Memory Appraisals & Estate Sales, LLC pays for all up-front expenses until the sale is complete which means NO out-of-pocket expenses for our clients! We are compensated based on the gross receipts of the estate sale. Upon our initial consultation, an assessment will be made to determine the percentage of commission or if there may be any additional fees. In doing this, there are variables that help calculate which include:
• Size of the sale
• Time requirement
• Staff needed to facilitate your sale
• Pre- and post-sale clean-up and clean-out as necessary
