Established in 1939 by Laura Kofski, Kofski Estate Sales has long been a cornerstone of the Palm Beach antique and estate liquidation market. Her son, Gordon Kofski, joined the business and took the helm in the 1950s, continuing to build its legacy. In the early 1970s, Kofski Estate Sales moved from its original location on Via Parigi to the prestigious County Road and Brazilian Avenue neighborhood.
In 1985, following Gordon’s declining health, Chris and Melanie Hill acquired the business after years of being valued customers. Their experience and deep appreciation for fine antiques helped them navigate Palm Beach’s discerning market, quickly cementing their place as trusted experts. Kofski Estate Sales has since gained a national reputation for offering exquisite antique furniture, decorative accessories, china, crystal, porcelain, silver, chandeliers, and sconces.
Our 7,000-square-foot warehouse facility, located at 5500 Georgia Avenue in West Palm Beach, enables us to handle large estates and entire households. In the summer of 2024, Chris and Melanie Hill passed the torch to Eric and Tracie Geary, along with their two children. As the new owners, the Gearys are committed to continuing the legacy of excellent service that has defined Kofski Estate Sales for over 85 years. With an eye to the future, they are also expanding the business by introducing new services, including an auction platform for smaller collections, ensuring Kofski Estate Sales remains a leader in estate liquidation for generations to come.
