We are a wife and husband team (Kris & Keith) originally from Ohio with 40+ years experience attending live estate auctions and sales. We have been conducting sales for more than 2 years and involved with working sales for more than 4 years. Kris has over 37 years of retail management experience and is an excellent merchandiser. Keith is a jack of all trades with home construction and sales experience and is able to help customers load large items and dig through attics, crawl spaces, etc., so everything you have has the best opportunity to sell. He also does minor repairs to items needing a little TLC.
We EMPTY OUT every drawer, cabinet, closet, attic (sellable items only), etc, and display/merchandise your loved one's possessions on tablecloth covered tables provided by us. We present your and/or your lived one's possessions in the best light possible!
We tag and price EVERYTHING. Many customers are uncomfortable asking for or offering a price on an item which can lead to lost sales. NOT pricing everything can also lead to customer distrust when they do have to ask for a price.
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality sale and experience possible!
We offer COMPLETE CLEAN OUT of the sale items that don't sell (for no additional charges or fees) at the end of your sale so your home is ready for sale or new owner.
We do estate sales, living estate sales, downsizing sales and warehouse/storage sales.

We treat your home and possessions as our own and anything we find that may be considered personal or worthy of saving will be given to you. We almost always find something that was overlooked, i.e..: cash, bonds. engagement rings, heirloom jewelry, personal documents, etc.
