Re-Defined138 customizes services to meet client needs! We have been in the biz over 15 years.
Service Options for Purging:
1. Estate Sale - Items are priced and typically the sale takes place for 2-3 days. Re-Defined138 refers you to trusted companies if they cannot do it.
2. Picker Sale - Items are priced if over $25, but otherwise, a picker sale is a 1-2 day sale with unpriced items. The buyers make piles and make deals. This gives the homeowner a little money, but more importantly, items are removed.
3. Individual Sales - Bring in buyers to pick on a smaller scale. Re-Defined138 would also purchase items if desired. Bigger or higher end items will be sold online. Re-Defined138 will need access to the home to meet buyers.
4. Clear-out – Pay Re-Defined138 to take care of getting it all out. Pending the extent, it could take 1 to 20 days. (Setting up donation pickup appointments is what can cause a delay.) A deadline would be established based on client needs. We work fast and efficiently to get items out and keep the cost down.
5. Buy-out – If Re-Defined138 sees earning potential in the home and the owner wants it out, Re-Defined may offer a buyout.
6. Advice – Re-Defined simply gives you advice and resources for what to do with your items so you can move forward on your own. This service is an hourly rate unlike #1-5 above.
Other Services:
1. Organizing – Any area of the home can be organized. This includes sorting unwanted items into groups which can be sold as in #3 above, donated or repurposed.
2. Unpacking – Help unpacking and putting away items for faster move-in. Professional packers/movers are recommended for packing.
3. House Management – Overseeing long-term or short-term goals in the home such as work supervision, away checks, etc.
