As a licensed contractor I have experience and knowledge in all phases of construction. I will facilitate the deconstruction of all used building materials. This includes plumbing fixtures, cabinetry , doors, windows, removal of appliances, flooring, light fixtures, railings, decking, and detached structures.
As a licensed Realtor with decades of experience in real estate development I specialize in staging, marketing and sales.
All work is done on a commission basis.
Cape May Salvage Company will be responsible for all advertising, market and price all architectural items and contents in the home, email over 500 repeat customers, display professional yard signs, and manage the sale over a 2-4 day period. (Depending on the size of the home.)
