Smokey Mountain Estate Sales (SMES) started out two years ago as "just and idea". As a life long artist, decorator and home stager, I longed to break away from healthcare after 25 years as a critical care nurse. It is my hope to care for and be entrusted by families in a different venue, and at the same time live my passion.
Services include on-site-estate sales, barn sales, farm equipment and staging homes for the real estate market. Other services include assisting families who would like to try to hold their own sale first, before hiring a company.
At SMES, we do not charge a minimum sale amount before our clients make any money; you will find our commission structure geared to emptying estates and making the most money for our clients.Left over items are donated to veteran organizations, needy families, animal shelters, homeless centers or a charity of your choice.
Consults are free of charge, commissions are based on size of sale. At SMES, we aim to be one of the go companies to make your estate liquidation fun and easy.
