We just liquidated an estate that included a large two story lake house, enormous shop loaded with tools, Crestliner bass boat, Cadillac SUV, Texas Titan truck, tractor, large compressor and welder, large log splitter, indoor luxury spa, and all house and grounds contents. A working horse ranch can be a challenge to liquidate, but we did it. The shop, loaded with enough tools to maintain a ranch, was larger than the house. We sold the shop contents, tractor with all field attachments, ATV, tanks, horse and stable equipment, multiple shed contents, and household antiques.
