We used Blue Box Auction Gallery in Norfolk. The entire team is super professional. I like that they do a good amount of research on each item and post that with pictures. We were able to make more $ by them doing this vs. the standard auction model of “here’s a trinket up for bid.” They do a combination of in-house and online auctions, thus maximizing the audience. Rather than auction everything at once, they held back several items and put them in auctions with similar pieces. While it took a little longer to get the $, we made more $ as they targeted a specific audience looking for those similar items.

I was very pleased with the item itself, as not only is it pretty, but very useful for my NCR cash register. Blue Box was helpful with regard to slightly disassembling the item for shipping (necessary for my apartment building). The shipping itself was done safely. I'd give the shipping 4 3/4 stars, really. The logistics firm was friendly and helpful, though they did blow the delivery window -- only losing 1/4 star because it probably wasn't their fault. Overall, I'd buy again from a Blue Box auction
Cole Logistics did do a pretty good job, I thought, safely delivering the item, save for the glitch with traffic, which probably wasn't their fault.
