My name is Melissa and my parents recently moved from Washington state to southern california. My parents had lived in their tri level home for 46 years and trying to move them to a 1 bedroom apartment over a 1000 miles away seemed impossible. I was not able to assist much with the move since I already lived in socal. So when I first spoke with Grasons over the phone, they brought me so much relief explaining the process. But I still didn’t believe it. How could an entire house be sorted, staged for an estate sale, packed, donated and cleaned out in just one week? But they did it. And they were professional, thorough and nothing short of amazing. My dad had even forgotten a box of extremely important documents that was found in his closet, in addition to several photos that Grasons packed up and sent down to my parents. The house was cleaned out and ready to be put on the market just one week after it was in complete disarray. And not only that, but the estate sale enticed potential buyers and an offer was made on the house just one day after Grasons completed the job. I had researched and talked with other companies like Grasons. But none of them met the standards of Grasons. We moved into a condo after being in this house for 34 years. We were looking for someone to do the house clean out. Our goal wasn't so much to make a huge windfall from selling stuff, but just get the house ready to sell and Grasons did a phenomenal job doing that. Another one of our goals was that we didn't want it to go to a landfill.
