We understand that moving to a new home or settling the estate of a loved one is a stressful time. Our goal is to take as much of that stress away by providing liquidation services that will clear the contents of the home in preparation to sell or rent your house. We provide complete transparency through the entire process and provide safeguards to assure that no items that are meant to stay with the family are sold. Our staff is experienced with pricing and selling all household items, including: furniture, power tools, fine art, jewelry, clothing, appliances, vehicles and everything in between. Our goal is to maximize the return on the sale of your items by marketing and advertising each sale to thousands of potential customers.

In interviewing a number of estate sale companies, prior to making our choice, I knew immediately upon meeting with Mike and Steve, owners of Landmark Estate Sales, that this was the company for us!! From the initial phone call with Mike to learn about their company and schedule a "walk-through" interview/appointment in our home; to the final meeting with them to receive the sales report, proceeds check and supporting documents, it was a seamless, delightful experience! Mike and Steve truly possess unlimited knowledge and experience in their craft, with a keen eye toward unique items that might require more detailed research in capturing it's value. They are masters in performing this level of research, which ultimately benefitted us. Their online sales postings, social media connections, and national reputation prompted local, state, and national inquiries about many of our items, which ultimately led to full price sales. Given their descriptive narratives and masterful staging techniques that were captured in their "upcoming sale" pictures; thousands of online hits and a large number of interested customers resulted in a wildly successful 4-day sale!! Not only did they develop a masterful marketing plan for the sale, but also arranged for and participated in a charity pickup after the sale, and provided us with additional contacts for other services we might have needed in the closing of our home. Throughout the month-long preparation period they needed, to go through our vast amount of accumulated items, they were in constant contact with us, informing us of their research finds and discussing pricing details. We were especially appreciative to receive a call at the end of each day's sale regarding the sales from that day! Not only would I give Mike and Steve a five-star rating (would give a ten-star if it was available), I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in need of estate liquidation services!! In 2018, after the unexpected loss of my brother, I found myself in need of an honest estate sale company. After talking with other companies, I was discouraged. Then, I called Landmark Estate Sales. I knew from the phone call that it was going to be Mike and Steve that I wanted to handle an emotional, overwhelming, and difficult job. From the first visit with them, they were caring and explained every step that they go through to make it a successful sale and it was. They kept me informed everyday on how things went. I even had friends, neighbors, and relatives call to tell me how polite, friendly, and organized Mike and Steve were. So in January of 2020, I needed to do the same thing with my parents’ house. This time I knew exactly who to call. I got the same excellent service and more phone calls from friends and neighbors telling me how nice they were and how organized everything was. Also, I asked to have them post a For Sale sign during the estate sale and I got an offer on the house. Once again, another great estate sale in spite of a snowstorm.

Landmark Estate Sales and its principals Steve and Mike far exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, expertise and service quality were excellent at all stages of the process - starting with our first contacts and continuing through the contracting process, pre-sale set-up, sale and post-sale activities. They were responsive to questions and provided information and updates through-out the process. I had contacted 3 other estate sale companies and never received the courtesy of a response from any of them, but as soon as I met with Steve and Mike I had no interest in following-up with the other companies for purposes of comparison. As a practicing attorney, I deal with and assess business organizations daily, so felt confident that Landmark would do an outstanding job. I can't thank them enough for making my sale a success and freeing me from the stress associated with this undertaking.

I can't say enough about how great Mike and Steve were. After losing both our parents, having to deal with a house full of their treasures which included many Asian art pieces seemed like a task way over our heads. Just the thought of trying to figure out what the items were worth was daunting . Mike and Steve literally took care of everything. They have the skills and tools to find the value of any item you can think of and if you have something truly unique that they haven't seen before they will reseatch it or find an expert that can help them. Losing loved ones is hard enough but you can take some of the stress out of the process if you use Landmark. They are a full service company, they do it all: sort, price and display the items, have plenty of helpers during the sale to ensure customers are not only taken care of quickly but that no one takes anything they shouldn't. After the sale they help get remaining items donated to a good cause, help you find a service to take away any "junk" and clean up when the house is empty. Like I said, FULL SERVICE!! They will stay connected with you before, during and after the sale. On a personal level all I can say is that it is obvious that they truly care, they know how hard it is to sell things that your parents and you are connected to. More than a few times I got teary eyed, it's hard to face knowing that a stranger will be sitting in your Dad's favorite chair, but they made me feel better. Honesty is another obvious characteristic they have, a few items didn't sell the first 2 days and on the 3rd day they normally would go half price, instead of taking what they could, they called and suggested that I may want to keep them and either give to a family member or sell them myself because they knew they were worth well over the half price ticket. You can't go wrong with Landmark! They were worth every penny, looking back at how much time they spent I'm shocked they don't charge more, I definitely recommend using them!
